Kamal Khera, the federal Minister for Seniors announced funding for seniors community projects on Monday in Saskatoon. The “New Horizons Program” aims to keep seniors active while promoting healthy-aging and combating social isolation. Khera said the total investment of $266,000 covers 19 programs for seniors in Saskatoon.
