It is hard to imagine–having to sleep outside in the snowy and frigid conditions. But that is the reality for dozens of people in Kelowna alone. For one local resident–the plight of those who are unhoused is so hard to take– that he has made it his mission to do what he can to help. As Randi-Marie Adams reports, he’s been handing out food and warm clothes to those sheltering outside on a regular basis including last night on one of the coldest nights so far this season.
