A B.C. production company is hoping to shake up Punjabi cinema by pushing the boundaries with a new film. The action-packed “Snowman” is poised to open in theatres across Canada on Friday. Most of the film was shot in the frozen backcountry around Hope. And as Jay Durant tells us on This Is BC, the producer says it’s a departure from what the audience may be accustomed to.
