Winnipeg police made an appeal to the public on Thursday for information regarding a jacket that they believe belongs to a fourth victim in a homicide investigation involving the death of Rebecca Contois. Inspector Shawn Pike asked anyone with information to call the homicide unit at 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS.
