New Surrey mayor accused of RCMP bias while chairing her first police board meeting

Brenda Locke was pointedly asked by the board if she can chair given her known biases toward the RCMP. Locke said she could and continued on. This in light of the Surrey Police Service deploying more than 30 officers earlier this week, even though Locke told them to stop. Catherine Urquhart reports.
