According to Stats Canada, half of all women within the country have experienced at least one example of domestic violence. More than 3,000 women in our country use an emergency shelter every day. The Rose Campaign is a national advocacy campaign to end violence against women, girls and gender minorities. Katherine O’Neill, CEO of the YWCA, joined on Global News Morning Edmonton to discuss the campaign.
