Edmonton city council to decide on emergency shelter space funding

It’s a busy time at Edmonton city hall: not only have public hearing been taking place over the budget, but council will decide Wednesday, Nov. 30 whether or not to spend $7.5 million to open additional emergency shelter spaces for the homeless. Councillor Andrew Knack joined Vinesh Pratap to discuss the decision.
