Speaking during question period in the House of Commons on Tuesday, Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre accused Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of dodging and “obscuring” questions about Chinese interference allegations in the 2019 election. Trudeau said that he could “confirm” that he never received “any information” from security agencies or intelligence officials about federal candidates receiving money from Beijing.
