‘Little Jacky” Children’s Book collection facilitates learning

Working as a teacher inside Montreal classrooms, Katie Lalic quickly realized children of diverse backgrounds were struggling to read. She decided to create a character, 5-year-old Little Jacky, to help them relate. Author, Kate Lalic joins Global’s Kim Sullivan to discuss the award-winning series and a potential tv show.
