Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Crews responded to the encampment blaze just after 6 p.m. on Sunday evening. Fire crews reported small explosions believed to be caused by gas cylinders and propane tanks. No injuries were reported but surrounding homes suffered minor heat and smoke damage.
