Toronto shoppers not buying into Black Friday this year

For many Canadians, Black Friday shopping feels different this year. High inflation, the rising cost of living and the threat of a recession is casting a shadow over shoppers hunting for deals—causing many to slow down and take a more cautious approach. Kayla McLean reports.
