While speaking at an RCMP media briefing on Wednesday, Coquitlam RCMP Insp. Darren Carr says Tuesday’s incident in the Tri-Cities area was unique and will cause challenges for the investigators. Two suspects known to the police are in custody, while two remain on the loose.
