Advocates call for public housing funding in Halifax amid skyrocketing rent

The provincial government has invested millions of dollars into housing this year but no money has gone to the creation of new public housing units. With low vacancy rates, Halifax is now among the most expensive cities in Canada to rent in. Advocates say that investments in public housing are needed. Alicia Draus reports.
