Ontario government, education workers’ union reach deal to avert strike: Lecce

Ontario Education Minister Stephen Lecce announced on Sunday evening that the provincial government and the union representing education workers have reached a tentative agreement to avert a strike. “The biggest beneficiary of this deal is our kids, who are going to have some stability and be able to stay in school,” Lecce said.
