A Global News investigation has found kids are running away from an Ontario group home chain in alarming numbers. Former workers and youth say they’re trying to escape homes in poor physical conditions where kids are frequently restrained. As Carolyn Jarvis reports, some kids can fall prey to human traffickers or drugs.
