Dr. Supriya Sharma, Health Canada’s chief medical advisor, said Friday that more than one million bottles of children’s acetaminophen and ibuprofen were being brought into Canada to supply hospitals, pharmacies and retails and that products would “start appearing on store shelves” early next week. Sharma said foreign products will be accompanied by information about the product, including tear sheets and QR codes.
