AG report on homelessness finds lack of data

The federal government does not know if its measures to tackle homelessness are working, according to a new report. Auditor general Karen Hogan says insufficient data is to blame for not knowing if the billions of dollars spent are working to get people off the street. Richard Zussman has more.
