Ward 4 councillor Sean Chu will no longer serve as Calgary’s deputy mayor after revelations he took photos of Mayor Jyoti Gondek’s licence plate in a secure parkade. As Adam MacVicar reports, the findings of an investigation into Chu will also be forwarded to the province.
