Calgary in desperate need of culturally supportive foster homes for Indigenous youth

Over half of kids in foster care are Indigenous. The impact of the 60s scoop and residential schools created generational trauma that fractured their homes. But as Jill Croteau reports, a Calgary organization is approaching the concept with a cultural lens and is calling on foster parents to open up their homes to Indigenous youth.
