Executive Director of the Christmas Cheer Board Winnipeg (CCBW) Shawna Bell spoke on Tuesday about volunteers from Norquay School’s “21 Leaders Program” that are helping the Christmas Cheer Board Winnipeg fulfill holiday hamper orders. Bell said by day’s end the students will have helped pack 500 orders, which helps them see the positive impact of their work.
