Georgia is heading to another runoff election in December after neither Democrat and incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock and Republican Herschel Walker were unable to achieve 50 per cent of the vote. Georgia’s election rules differ from many states and require a candidate to get at least 50 per cent of the vote to outright win.
