Speaking outside of 10 Downing Street in London, England on Wednesday, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg reacted to news that Russian forces were withdrawing from the battleground city of Kherson, Ukraine. Stoltenberg praised the bravery of the Ukrainian troops involved in the counter-offensive and pointed to several theatres where Russian forces have experienced reverses in a strategic sense since the invasion began.
