Lawyers for WBNA Star Britney Griner say Russian authorities are taking her to a new prison. The move comes after she lost an appeal in a Moscow court. Griner is convicted of drug smuggling in an detention widely seen to be politically-motivated on the part of Russia in response to ongoing US pressure on the Putin government following the invasion of Ukraine earlier this year.
