B.C. health minister on end of health care funding discussions with federal government

After two days of meetings with federal Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos, B.C. Health Minister Adrian Dix said he and his counterparts have not made progress on the contentious issue of federal funding. The provincial and territorial health ministers have been trying to negotiate an increase to the Canada Health Transfer for over a year, he added.
