Once again this year North Okanagan students are joining kids in other parts of the country in honouring military graves with poppies ahead of Remembrance Day. Called “No Stone Left Alone,” the program is in its seventh year in Vernon. Reporter Megan Turcato has more on the initiative that aims to both recognize veterans and help kids make personal connections to the sacrifices of previous generations.
