Concordia University has issued an apology for its mishandling of the so-called 1969 Sir George Williams student incident in which students protested the university’s handling of a racism complaint. It is one of several recommendations issued by the President’s Task Force on Anti-Black Racism report. Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports on the landmark document.
