The owner of a Kelowna restaurant liquor licenses denied due to ex-husbands previous ties to a gang

An Okanagan restaurant has been denied a liquor license due to possible ties to a well-known bike gang. And as Randi-Marie Adams reports, the business owner is taking the BC Liquor board to court, to challenge their decision.
