A popular Beaconsfield strip mall has sold to a new owner. Its tenants are hoping an infusion of money is on the way to overhaul the decades-old building. There are no indications of what the new owner plans to do with it, but one real estate agent says it will likely be developed into a mixed-use project made up of commercial and residential units.
