NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said Wednesday he would travel to Turkey to meet with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan after the president renewed his objections to Sweden and Finland’s historic NATO membership bid. Stoltenberg said he’s “confident” all NATO members will ratify the accession protocol.
