Federal carbon tax to cost Nova Scotians more than other provinces

The federal carbon tax is going to cost Nova Scotians more than other provinces. A report by a Dalhousie University professor suggests Nova Scotians would require higher rebates than other provinces to offset the cost for households. The provincial government has submitted proposals to Ottawa to avoid a carbon tax but those have been rejected so far. Alicia Draus reports.
