During Friday’s question period in the House of Commons, Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre called for resignations one day after the release of recordings of a call between RCMP Commissioner Brenda Lucki and senior staff in Nova Scotia, in which he used to suggest the Liberal government was interfering in the police investigation to further its pending gun control legislation.
