The lack of election focus on Toronto’s homeless population

As Toronto’s election gets closer, the nights are growing colder and several homeless encampments remain a sign of the city’s struggle housing those in desperate need. An outreach worker says while there’s been a lot of focus on affordable housing, homelessness isn’t getting nearly enough attention. Matthew Bingley reports.
