Body hair removal can be crucial to tackle stigma for trans, queer, BIPOC individuals

Hair removal is a process that is optional, and perhaps even a nuisance, to many.
But for many others, it may be an inaccessible service important to their sense of self.
Shannon Gray is the owner of Sugar Me Right! Beauty Studio in Peterborough, who’s teamed up with the Trent Centre for Women and Trans People recently to fund hair removal services for individuals who identify as trans, queer, or BIPOC.
