Cypress Mountain Resort sues province in effort to bring in pay parking

The owners of the Cypress Mountain Ski resort are suing the provincial government to take over control of a road. The resort says the Hollyburn Access Road has become overcrowded, and as Catherine Urquhart reports, it wants to ease the congestion with pay parking.
