John Bailey, Regina Food Bank CEO, announced on Thursday the food bank is launching the Mosaic Million Meal Challenge in partnership with Mosaic Company. The new campaign aims to gather one million meals, either by cash or food donation, as the bank is seeing a steady increase in visitors due to rising costs and inflation. “One of the biggest groups of folks that are sort of new users to the foodbank were actually folks that are full-time employed that are just having trouble making ends meet,” said Bailey.
