Recession fears as winter 2023 outlook worse than previous year, chief economist at IMF says

The International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) world outlook is offering a chilly winter forecast. “Winter 2022 will be challenging. But winter 2023 will likely be worse,” says Pierre-Olivier Gourinchas, the chief economist for the IMF. Anne Gaviola has more.
