British Columbia at this time of year is normally cool and wet – deserving of its reputation as the “wet coast.” However, this year things are pretty different. Across the province, nineteen different temperature records were shattered on Friday. As David Akin reports, much of the province is facing serious drought conditions that are disrupting its fishery and agricultural activities.
