Safety inspectors’ strike settled, elevator still grounded

Residents of a Toronto apartment building are still waiting to use their elevator again. It’s been out of service for about seven weeks, undergoing major repairs. As Sean O’Shea reports, the provincial inspectors who sign off on elevator repairs are about to get back to work—but residents could still be using stairs for two more weeks.
