Laval turns blue as CAQ conquers Montreal’s north shore

Quebec’s third largest city has mostly flipped from red to blue. François Legault’s CAQ has captured four of the six seats in Laval — marking a drastic change from four years ago, when the Liberals won five of the seats there. The party’s domination and drastic change seems to be signaling a shift in Laval. Global’s Felicia Parrillo explains.
