The City of Edmonton and Homeward Trust are getting an injection of cash they have spent years asking the Government of Alberta for, to provide housing for the city’s most vulnerable that comes with wraparound services. As Morgan Black explains, $12-million has been granted as part of a multi-million dollar plan to address addictions and homelessness.
