More provincial money to fight homelessness and addiction issues is coming to Alberta. Premier Jason Kenney made the announcement Saturday, committing new funding for both Edmonton and Calgary. As Nicole Stillger reports, it will help pay for a new centre in Edmonton’s Chinatown area.
