A 58-year-old man from Summerland convicted of sex crimes against children has been granted day parole. In 2019, Edward Casavant — a former lifeguard known as “Eddie Spaghetti” — pled guilty to offences including possession of child pornography, making or publishing child pornography and sexual exploitation of a person with a disability.
