Nova Scotia premier blasts telecom companies after Fiona outages

Nova Scotia’s premier is putting telecom companies on blast after Fiona knocked out service for thousands of Atlantic Canadians. Tim Houston says telecom companies should have been more involved in provincial coordination efforts when the storm first hit. Graeme Benjamin reports.
