Tori-Anne was only 12 years old when she was improperly handcuffed outside a B.C. bank with her grandfather. Speaking to the media on Wednesday, Tori-Anne said she hopes their story of injustice helps other First Nations youth recognize that they deserve respect and to be treated equally.
