Ken Graham, the director of the U.S. National Weather Service, warned Floridians about the dangers of hurricane Ian’s powerful winds as it approaches the coast. “Don’t go out there,” he warned, adding that even if the waters have receded, pushed back by the winds, it can still be a dangerous situation.
