Canada’s Defence Minister Anita Anand said Wednesday that recruitment issues continue to impact the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), as demand for their services continues to increase in the country. The minister added that the CAF would continue to work to provide service when called for. She also said since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the CAF has responded to more than 100 requests for assistance.
