Intergovernmental Affairs Minister Dominic LeBlanc on Tuesday said he is “serving notice” to Canadian telecom companies. He said the government expects such companies to do everything possible to strengthen their cellular networks in order to prevent outages, like those network issues seen in Atlantic Canada in the wake of post-tropical storm Fiona.
