A fire broke out at a shopping mall in South Korea, leaving at least seven dead and one seriously injured, a local fire station said on Monday. “I would like to express my deepest condolences and apologies to the bereaved families,” said Chung Ji-sun, the chairman of Hyundai Department Store Group which operates the outlet mall.
