While providing an update on the impact of storm Fiona on Saturday, Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston said restoring power to those impacted by the storm is the province’s “biggest concern.” He said nearly three-quarters of Nova Scotia Power customers are without electricity in the wake of the storm.
