Merritt, B.C. tries a four day work week

With just 7,000 residents, town officials in Merritt, B.C., knew they had to innovate to attract staff and keep employees happy. So for one year, the community will close city hall on Mondays and offer employees a four-day work week. Rumina Daya reports.
